To make our Swatch Service as sustainable as possible and fair to everyone, we limit our the number of swatches you can pick to two. Plus, only two swatches fit in the box!

So if you are getting a shipping error at checkout, this is likely to be the reason. We have curated our Design Guide to help you whittle down your choices.

Don't worry - if you are UK based, then you can use our Swatch Service. If you have checked you only have up to two swatches in your basket and you have double checked your address, pop us an email to info@totterandtumble.co.uk

If you have more than two swatches, do check out our Design Guide to helpp whittle down your choices. As in the previous question, we do limit our Swatches to two per order to be as sustainable and as fair as we can.

Swatches are available for Mainland UK delivery (including mainland Northern Ireland) as well as Non-UK Mainland. Our swatches are not tracked, though we do pay for a quick service and your swatches can fit through a standard letterbox, so there is no need to wait in. Delivery costs are £2 per swatch and are non refundable.

Returns are actively encouraged as we seek a sustainable swatch service with minimal wastage and must be made within 30 days and not linked to a purchase of a playmat.

In Mainland UK, to return your swatches, all you need to do is seal the swatches and the accompanying card in the original envelope. Apply the Freepost returns label over the original label and pop it in your local post box- and it will get back to us! No returns address or queueing at the Post Office.

If you have misplaced your packaging or label, simply write Freepost SWATCH SERVICE on the front of any envelope.

For Non Mainland Swatch returns, you will need to pay for the return.

Once we have received your returned swatches, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Please note that initial postage costs are not refunded.
