What makes Totter + Tumble playmats suitable for my setting?
Thoughtfully designed for spaces where children take to the floor, Totter + Tumble playmats combine cushioned support with a wipe-clean surface and a simple, single piece design. They are ideal for busy nurseries, classrooms and other environments where a supportive floor for safe movement matters.
What are Totter + Tumble playmats made from?
Our closed cell playmats are safety tested from birth+ and are inherently antibacterial; with a closed-cell design that doesn’t harbour dust, dirt or lice. They are made from the highest quality non-toxic PVC memory foam and do not contain BPA, phthalates, lead, latex, formamide, formaldehyde, EVA or flame retardants. Who can apply for a trade account?
Our B2B trade customers vary hugely, however, lots are in the early years or education sector. We welcome all registered businesses to apply, simply select your closest business type on the application form.
How long does it take to be approved?
We aim to review applications within 2 working days and you will be notified via email when your account is activated. If we need more information to verify your business, we will be in touch.
How do I access trade pricing once approved?
Once your account has been approved, you will log into an account on our website where you can access our Trade Hub and discounted pricing: The more you buy, the more you save!
What payment options are available for trade customers?
We encourage payment at point of ordering, though established or multi-site businesses may be eligible for 30 day payment terms. This option will be added to your account following registration. You are also able to complete payment via BACS.
How will the playmats be delivered?
We aim to ship orders of less than 10 mats the same day, if the order is placed before midday Monday-Friday. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a guaranteed delivery day but you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the journey and you should expect to receive the order within 5 business days in Mainland UK.
For orders of more than 10 mats, they will be sent via a palletised delivery. These orders will usually be dispatched within 2 working days and should be with you within 2 working days in Mainland UK. If you cannot accept a kerbside pallet delivery, and expect to order more than 10 mats, please reach out to our team.
