Delivery 

As an introductory offer, delivery within Mainland UK is free! All other areas of the UK and Europe are subsidised too!

You won't have to wait long for your Totter + Tumble playmat as we use the top couriers, including DHL and Parcel Force, to deliver your playmat within 4 working days, complete with tracking information to help you plan your delivery day.

If you are ordering from Mainland Europe then you will only have to wait a week, unless there is a delay at customs - this is out of ours and the courier's hands!

Please note that Pre-Orders will have a different delivery schedule as detailed on the product page at the time of ordering. Please get in touch via info@totterandtumble.co.uk if you have any queries.

Mainland UK is defined by the couriers used and may not include any islands or the northern parts of Scotland. We may need to get in touch if there are additional delivery costs to those areas.

Tracking

When your playmat is dispatched, you are sent an email. Once you have received this, click on 'View Your Order' where your tracking number is located.

If you are having your playmat delivered within the UK, your playmat will most likely be delivered by Parcelforce. Most playmats will be out for delivery the day after dispatch - if you click through to the tracking on the day of delivery, live tracking of your driver and an estimated window of delivery is given.

If you live elsewhere in the UK and Europe, we use mainly DHL and you can go directly to their tracking page here.

Returns

Totter + Tumble want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we offer all customers a no-questions-asked money back guarantee. The only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, protective packaging) - a baby might use it after all. 
2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. Please note that you must inform us of any imperfections on the playmat within 7 days of receiving it.
3. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
