Delivery and Returns

First of all, thank you for your support. It is amazing that Totter + Tumblers are also looking out for our little business during this time of extreme worry for our nation and the communities we all take part in.  

At this moment our warehouse, which itself is a family-run business and houses over 60 other small businesses, and our couriers, with over 4500 employees, want to remain open and are trying their hardest to both protect their staff and to deliver their service, and we support them with this by keeping our website open for orders. Though the government are encouraging online retailers to stay open, we will react accordingly for our teams who are out on the streets delivering in our name. 

With this in mind, orders are taking longer to get to you as the couriers are prioritising medical packages and food deliveries, as well as operating with staff protection measures in place. We think they are even better for doing this.

Our warehouse makes sure your playmat leaves us the day you receive your dispatch confirmation email. As they are oversized, they are not scanned until they reach the delivery depot, which is why you may see a lag in the tracking. 

Going on the kindness being shared in your emails, messages, recommendations and social media shout outs, I know many of you are being cautious not to add burden or jump ahead of someones essential package. Please be assured that we are here to help and have a great relationship with our couriers. Please do pop us an email and we will be happy to figure it out for you and with them.

Aside from Ireland, we have suspended deliveries across Mainland Europe due to restrictions on movement and prioritising the health of our courier partners.

 

Usual Delivery 

As an introductory offer, delivery within Mainland UK is currently free! All other areas of the UK and Europe are subsidised too!

You won't have to wait long for your Totter + Tumble playmat as we use the top couriers, including UPS, DHL, Parcel Force and Yodel. You should expect your playmat to be out for delivery within 4-5 working days and you will be emailed tracking information so you can keep informed. Your playmat will need to be signed for.

If you are ordering from Mainland Europe or the British Isles then you will only have to wait a week, unless there is a delay at customs - this is out of ours and the courier's hands!

Please note that Pre-Orders will have a different delivery schedule as detailed on the product page at the time of ordering. Please get in touch via info@totterandtumble.co.uk if you have any queries.

Mainland UK is defined by the couriers used and may not include any islands or the northern parts of Scotland. We may need to get in touch if there are additional delivery costs to those areas.

For the Channel Islands, zero VAT is passed on via the reduced shipping rate.

Tracking

When your playmat is dispatched, you are sent an email. Once you have received this, click on 'View Your Order' where your tracking number is located.

If you are having your playmat delivered within the UK, your playmat will most likely be delivered by Yodel, through our partners Whistl. Most playmats will be out for delivery two working days after dispatch and, on the day, will have an estimated time of arrival to help you plan your day via the link we sent you on your dispatch email.

If you live elsewhere in the UK and Europe, we use mainly DHL and you can go directly to their tracking page here.

Returns

Totter + Tumble want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we offer all customers a no-questions-asked money back guarantee. As stated in the Terms & Conditions at purchase, the only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, inner and outer protective packaging intact and as it arrived to you) - a baby might use it after all. 

2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. Please note that you must inform us of any imperfections on the playmat within 7 days of receiving it.

3. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

4. Sale items may not be eligible for return.
