This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Totter and Tumble Limited, Totter and Tumble BV or Totter and Tumble LLC.
We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

How long do we keep your data?
We are legally required to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Sharing your data.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We use a third party application on our website, to generate mailing lists and social media links. These policys can be requested for further reading also. We provide shipping details such as addresses and phone numbers to our distribution centre who will use it to fulfil the shipping via our Courier Partners.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Storing your personal data
In operating our business via Totter and Tumbles websites, your data is processed by our staff. We do not provide our own IT servers. However third party shall not have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
Obviously we do our utmost to ensure that our server hosts are secure and fully accredited. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any illegal breaches that may occur.
Storage of payment details
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Your rights - How you can opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us
To modify your e-mail newsletter subscription, please click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our newsletter.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. To completely remove your account, please email us and we will delete it for you. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us directly and we will investigate the matter.

The Totter and Tumble UK mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Totter and Tumble UK (“Totter and Tumble UK”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Totter and Tumble UK’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Totter and Tumble UK through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Totter and Tumble UK. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to TotterTumbl or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Totter and Tumble UK mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
