Returns + Refunds
PLAYMAT RETURNS
We know how important it is to get the perfect play mat for your home. If the size or design isn't right for you, we can accept unused play mat returns in the full original packaging inner film + outer box, within 30 days of receipt.
Customers responsible for arranging and paying all associated costs for their return (we usually recommend UPS if you are returning an XL playmat. For other sized playmat returns, we recommend couriers such as Parcelforce that have both drop off and collection options - but the choice is yours!)
How to request a return:
1. Log Into your customer account here with the email you purchased with. If you are returning a gifted play mat, please email us to arrange the return.
2. A verification code will be sent to that email address
3. If your account has more than one item listed, please select the item(s) for return
4. Click "Return Request"
5. Our team will approve the returns request and email you with the return address instructions within 3-7 working days - please note, this is not a prepaid delivery label.
6. Drop your parcel at your courier.
7. Once received back at our warehouse, we expect to process returns within 48 hours.
8. Our team will email you to confirm whether you would like an exchange or refund. If no response is received after 2 working days, our team will automatically refund your order.
SWATCH RETURNS
Please use the free returns label from inside your swatch envelope. If you need a new one, please follow the same steps as above and we will send you a new one. Once we have received your returned swatches, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Please note that the delivery cost is not refunded.
