"We got the standard size Brecon mat which is paler in colour. Our son is only 5 months old (we bought the mat shortly before his birth instead of a living room rug) and the mat is black, dirty and grimey. The textured material makes the mat really difficult to keep clean and it requires a proper scrub every time. We’ve even used the drill to power scrub but the grime remains. I also accidentally damaged the mat by using the carpet setting on the hoover. Quite disappointed as the product was so expensive. Wish I had bought something else. The positives are obviously the nice patterns, and the foam is a decent thickness although could be thicker in my opinion - I wouldn’t let my baby practice sitting for example as it would still be a hard surface if he fell."
