Order up to two samples of your favorite designs to try at home, then return them to us for a refund.
Please note, if you select a design with a border, you may receive a swatch from any part of the design. Please use the chat below if you need specific help.
To make our Swatch Service as sustainable as possible, we limit the number of samples you can pick to two per order. Plus, only two fit in the envelope!
Swatches are available for Mainland UK delivery (including mainland Northern Ireland). Our swatches are sent with Royal Mail and your swatches can fit through a standard letterbox, so there is no need to wait in. Delivery costs are £2 per swatch and are non refundable.
We are now able to send Swatches to customers in the Channel Islands. Contact us here if you would like to set up an order.
Swatch returns are actively encouraged as we seek a sustainable swatch service with minimal wastage. Plus the cost of swatches is refunded to you too!
Swatch returns must be made within 30 days and is not linked to a purchase of a playmat. If charged, delivery costs are non refundable.
In Mainland UK we offer FREE swatch returns via Royal Mail, you’ll just need to follow the steps via our Returns Portal to download and print your shipping label.
Secure the swatches and returns card in the envelope, affix the new label over the original shipping label and drop in to the Post Office.For Non Mainland Swatch returns, you will need to arrange and pay for the return.

In order to be sustainable + keep our service running smoothly, we limit swatches to two per order, however, if you would like to see more, you can place another order or utilize our Design Guide.
We actively encourage returns + once they are returned to us, they are put back into stock as soon as possible. If your favourite design is currently unavailable, it should be back very soon.
Our playmats are already in their fixed pairs, unfortunately you are not able to customise which design you have on each side.
If you have misplaced your packaging or label, simply write Freepost SWATCH SERVICE on the front of any envelope.
For Non Mainland Swatch returns, you will need to pay for the return.
Once we have received your returned swatches, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Please note that initial postage costs are not refunded.
