I really want to see more than 2 options!
In order to be sustainable + keep our service running smoothly, we limit swatches to two per order, however, if you would like to see more, you can place another order or utilize our Design Guide.
The swatch I want is out of stock, when will you get more?
We actively encourage returns + once they are returned to us, they are put back into stock as soon as possible. If your favourite design is currently unavailable, it should be back very soon.
Our new collection swatches are expected to become available later this month.
Can I choose my own pairing of designs
Our playmats are already in their fixed pairs, unfortunately you are not able to customise which design you have on each side.
How can I return the swatches for my refund?
If you have misplaced your packaging or label, simply write Freepost SWATCH SERVICE on the front of any envelope.
For Non Mainland Swatch returns, you will need to pay for the return.
Once we have received your returned swatches, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Please note that initial postage costs are not refunded.
