Scallops

The Scallop designs of The Mariner and The Seafarer are inspired by ancient Japanese art. The Seigaiha is a fan-shaped pattern that represents the Japanese desire for continued peaceful living, reminiscent of tranquil waves. Influenced by this, our design also brings a piece of calm to the play space with our dotted scallop design.

The Mariner: With seagrass accents balancing blue and green in the foreground, this playmat has an overall light feel and is incredibly flexible.

The Seafarer: With the iron-blue background and warm grey pattern accents, this playmat has a darker, vintage feel. This design is now part of our Archive Collection.
