Get two *free swatches delivered straight to your door!
Simply sign up to our newsletter to unlock your free swatch code.
Order up to two samples of your favourite designs to try at home, then return them to us.

- Choose Up To Two Swatches – to see and feel the quality and designs in your home before deciding on your perfect playmat! Use the toggle button above Swatches to select 1 or 2.
- Return – Our swatch service is designed to be sustainable. When you've finished with your free swatches, help keep the service sustainable by returning them via post + this October you'll automatically go into a prize draw to win a playmat!
- Find Your Perfect Fit – Once you've chosen your favourite reversible design, simply order your Totter + Tumble playmat with confidence.
Please note, if you select a design with a border, you may receive a swatch from any part of the design. Please use the chat below if you need specific help.
RETURNS ARE FREE TOO When you've finished with your swatches, please help us keep the service sustainable by returning them via post + you'll automatically go into a prize draw to win a playmat!
*Swatch offer runs from 1st-31st October inclusive, whilst stocks last. This offer allows one set of free swatches and free delivery per customer. Why Only 2 Swatches?
To make our Swatch Service as sustainable as possible, we limit the number of samples you can pick to two per order. Plus, only two fit in the envelope!
Swatch Shipping
Swatches are available for Mainland UK delivery (including mainland Northern Ireland). Our swatches are sent with Royal Mail and your swatches can fit through a standard letterbox, so there is no need to wait in. Delivery costs are usually £2 per swatch and are non refundable. Shipping is free this October when using the swatch promotion code.
We are now able to send Swatches to customers in the Channel Islands. Contact us here if you would like to set up an order.
Swatch Returns
We actively encourage swatch returns to keep our service running sustainably.
Once you have made your decision, please return your swatches back to us before November 24th, using the Freepost label in your envelope, to be automatically entered in our prize draw to win a playmat. Full Ts and Cs here
If you have misplaced your packaging or label, simply write Freepost SWATCH SERVICE on the front of any envelope.
For Non Mainland Swatch returns, you will need to pay for the return.

For the month of October (1st-31st October) we are offering newsletter subscribers two free* swatches.
Not got the free swatch code? Sign up and receive the code via the website pop up. Don't forget to return your swatches once you have used them, to be entered into our prize draw.
My Favourite Swatch Is Sold Out
Sorry to hear your favourite swatch is sold out. Don't worry, our sustainable swatch service means that once we receive returns, they are cleaned and popped back in stock - it should be back soon!
I Want To See More Than Two!
In order to keep our swatch service running sustainably, we limit to two swatches per order. In addition, our free* offer is limited to two swatches per person. We hope our Design Guide will help you to select your favourites, however, if you did need to view any others, you can place a separate order.

I really want to see more than 2 options!
In order to be sustainable + keep our service running smoothly, we limit swatches to two per order, however, if you would like to see more, you can place another order or utilize our Design Guide.
The swatch I want is out of stock, when will you get more?
We actively encourage returns + once they are returned to us, they are put back into stock as soon as possible. If your favourite design is currently unavailable, it should be back very soon.
Our new collection swatches are expected to become available later this month.
Can I choose my own pairing of designs
Our playmats are already in their fixed pairs, unfortunately you are not able to customise which design you have on each side.
How can I return the swatches for my refund?
If you have misplaced your packaging or label, simply write Freepost SWATCH SERVICE on the front of any envelope.
For Non Mainland Swatch returns, you will need to pay for the return.
Once we have received your returned swatches, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Please note that initial postage costs are not refunded.
